I read the book right after I bought it.If you are passionate about God and understanding what and why we fail..this is AWESOMENESS.You can clearly "hear" Chucks voice-God rest him in peace-and it makes you feel like your listening to one of his sermons with the eyes and ears of your mind:) It was a revelation and a deep insight from a man that lived a good life and fought the good fight.U want to know your self better? Great book; must read.
This is a wonderful book with great insight and life instruction. Here I am writing the review and I wasn’t ready to come to the end of the book.

This book has depth as all scripture does. It is a quick read but if you look up the scripture referenced, it will take a while to get through it. I found myself wanting more chapters at the end. The late Chuck Smith was an incredible tool that God used to spread His word through scripture and this book is testimony to that.

Be useful to God
Lots of nuggets here. Chuck Smith packs an amazing study into relatively few pages. Our Men's Group used this as a basis for a 7 week study - it felt like drinking from a fire hose! If you want be useful to God, to be one whom He uses mightily, then this little book will be a great resource.

Short but to the point.
This book provides very good clarity on the type of man God uses. It is a good book that uses simple language that's practical, yet buttons up the important points. The biblical references are also useful. I found the chapters to be very short, and you can read this book in one or two sitting.
