Good supplement
Good amount for price. I mixed it into my coffee/tea in the mornings and that worked really well. On its own, it has a subtly sweet flavor, so I think it would be good mixed into most anything. No side effects.

Voy para un mes con el y me ha desinflamado muchísimo, he visto muchos cambios. Mejores periodos sin cólicos, muchos cambios buenos. Solo que si debe acompañarse con buena alimentación y ejercicio.
