Is this the same as the brown one & other identical ones on your site? Does it have argan oil & keratin infused plates? I dont see it say that here.

Hi customer, Yes, it is also DORISILK's steam flat iron. But please notice that the water tank can't be added angan oil & keratin, because the water tank filter element is easily blocked by macromolecules, which affects steam generation. The steam hair straightener can be only add water to use. Thank you.

Can I use a heat protectant with this?

Hi customer, We don't suggest you to use with heat protectant when straightening. Because the protectant may be left on the heating plate during heating, causing the heating plate to not work normally.

Which is the medium steam and which is the higher? Picture shows 2 fumes that are bigger and other has 3 but shorter so which is the higher? The 2/3?
