Pro Evolution Soccer 2011

Purchased this game for £2.74, I would say I have got about 50% of that value back! Why? As another reviewer has stated (his/hers was a 3 start review) after playing 1 season of the Master League and then getting through to about 2/3 through of a new season during a Champions League match (Ajax 5 - 0 Inter) My goal keeper started running down the field. I thought "what the..." but then noticed that the computer had taken over both teams and I was now watching a great European Quarter Final `Demo` as I was no longer in control. KONOMAI COME ON! I`ve been playing FIFA now for one year solid, and due to all the bugs, freezes, glitches I thought this game was KONOMAI saying we are up for the fight!But no it`s like trying to choose between two great boxers, both saying how great they are: Audrey Harrison vs Fredy Flintoff. I then delete the saved game data; a great season with the Dutch pass masters of Total Footaball - Ajax, great signings and editing gone. Thinking to myself that I had a bug free season in Serie a, I choose Genoa F.C. only for the game to start and again watch a demo of them playing Lecce??? Ok... How about a quick match to see if that`s been corrupted? Yep.... (sigh) I`m just lucky that 1) I have not spent £40 on this `game` on launch and two I was now straining to eek out more game play from this title.So this is why I`m on here, to re-read what the 3 star reviwer has said to fix this, at first I thought it might be the fact tha they had choosen the auto mode, but no this is a big fault. Even at the super low price of £2.74 including delivery this game is a lottery, and to me despite some good improvements not worth it. KONOMAI you have taken a bath, take a bow. This is the last football game I shall buy from either EA or KONOMAI. FIFA takes too long to load, freezes, which means you have to replay the game again, and means you're constantly wondering when the game/season ending glitch will mean you are deleting an epic season; the worst thing is it happens even more in the lower leagues: Championship, League One, League Two etc. And now this game with this bizzaro fault and only two Official leagues: Eredevise and Ligue 1 with Serie a and La Liga being only partly official. I hereby box of the great times of ISSPRO and say never again. Simply - what a joke. For both titles some of the top reviews will be for people playing friends or decent, no lag online games; but for those people who want to be the next Brendan Rogers or Martinez and take your team from near relegation to the highs of the UEFA Champions League Final, spotting that amazing youth player; both titles with their pandora bugs/glitches are a lottety. So buy you`re ticket at the cheapest price possible.****edited *****bug fix: it seems editing the PES LEAGUE causes this issue, would recomend deleting some editing saved files until problem is resolved, have not found any issues once the corrupt files were deleted

Yes, that's right, There is only one true football game and, since 1996, the crown remains with PES. If you liked the previous ones, this one needs to be played as the passing upgrade is brilliant - Through balls actually work!Oh and the Copa Lib is a nice touch too(That is the South American Champions League for the uninformed :)WARNING: Pes 2012 Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 (PS3) sucks all kinds of balls!Pes 2011 looks like the last good pes game...............

Great game! Love the FIFA franchise but thought I'd try the alternatives. It's a little chunky in comparison to the FIFA gameplay but overall I like it. It's easier to develop your player (PRO) than in FIFA and the management options are pretty cool too - like this game :)

Disc was scratched and didn't work

Item arrived a couple of days after delivery. Not used the item as it is a christmas present but I am sure it will be fine as it is brand new and wrapped in cellephane. excellent price at less than £3
