Levi'sWomen's Premium 501 Mid Thigh Short

Super cute and good length. There’s not much stretch but that coupled with all the buttons work as a slimming effect. I’m 5’7 and 155 and the size 29 fit well. The only thing that I don’t really like is that they seem to ride up a bit in the front but likely will resolve itself after a wear and it stretches out.

As a plus size girl, I struggle to find jeans that are old jean material and actually fit my waist, hips and thighs. they don’t have any give, but they are not stiff as a wall either, they will conform to your body, without suffocating you. the material is so soft, they’re comfortable wearing all day and not be ready to rip them off after a few hours. the length is perfect on thick thighs, where you won’t chafe but short enough to not be bermudas at your knees and still be cute! I’m definitely ordering more colors.

I purchased a size 28 and am a size 6: perf fit. So I have seen so so many comments about these being fake. Levi’s are not fake on here. Their NEW products differ from their vintage/ recycled products. If you’re familiar with their vintage jeans, you may think they’re fake bc of the tag, but ALL NEWLY MADE TAGS HAVE A DIFFERENCE!!!!! Some background: the ‘old’ Levi brand, which has dissolved into its most expensive product line currently, was made in a warehouse in San Francisco, CA up until only about 10 years ago. Levi’s then moved headquarters. This is why their highest quality stuff still bears the original tags that used to be made in sf unless you find vintage pieces (it’s kind of like an exclusive feature for the luxury line to indicate it’s luxury which is also why vintage Levi’s are so expensive). Levi’s are now made elsewhere and ARE in fact real Levi’s, it’s just a different line of clothing. It’s why if you go to Marshalls or Ross or dillards, you will find significantly cheaper Levi’s often with different color stitching and often a stretch material, but if you go to revolve or nordstroms, their line seems to have more rigid denim and a different price point. So stop calling these fakes! They’re just mid level quality and NOT VINTAGE! And for mid level Levi’s, these are an awesome material AND A GREAT FIT, and even GREATER PRICE POINT! I bought the exact same ones on Revolve in different colors and they are exactly the same in the tag. Just FYI for anyone who is scared of fakes! They’re not fake!!! A lot of designers do this- it’s why Michael Kors bags at Macys are significantly cheaper and often show different designs or materials than the same type of bag at Bloomingdale’s: they’re completely different products within the same company and within the same product line, just tailored to retailers to maximize selling potential. You can google this if you don’t believe me but these are an awesome fit and are sold by the Amazon Levi store, so they’d obviously be flagged quite fast as fakes.Little stretch with rigid denim, great for my tall height, love the high waisted cut! I got a 28 and am usually about a size 6 and they fit perfectly. AND confirmed they are real bc revolve shipped the same pair in a different color and all tags matched one another! I got these in the Lunar Black in size 28 and the Charleston Picks in size 29. They are great shorts overall and both fit comfortably. I wanted a little wiggle room since I am expecting. I like both pairs and they seem of equivalent good quality, however the lengths are dramatically different. The black is more like the length pictured, where as the blue, while longer than Levi’s SHORT 501’s, are about 2-3 inches shorter than the photo. The back labels are also different - black has leather, blue has paper. The fits are similar as well. The blue does have a bit more wiggle room… the sizing might be fine it could just be because I’m growing I can’t tell how anything fits, haha. Overall would purchase again but don’t count all as much coverage as the photo shows.

run about 2 sizes too small. their 100% cotton so there is no give. But real cute

These shorts are super cute! I’m usually a size 10 or 30, but saw that these weren’t stretchy and ran small based off reviews, so I ordered a 32. They work, but are a little big still, and this is after me eating a large meal. I’m deciding to keep them though cause when I sit they get tighter especially around my thighs. I would go one size up maybe just because they are straight cotton, but that’s it. Really nice quality though! Definitely a closet staple that can be used for years to come.

Waist for true to size but I found the thigh fit very loose. Because of this they looked too frumpy and I had to send them back.

Will definitely be a new summer favourite!

They fit great. I love that they are longer. Don’t love the button fly but the fir is perfect that it doesn’t matter
