Amazon deliver this the next day which was very much appreciated. This is the only thing that works for my runny nose. Highly recommend it

Don't try to cheat with a generic. This is the only one that works!
Usually I will cheat and find a generic and save a bunch of money. But, every now and then, you get that one product that simply can't be replaced by a generic. I've tried several different "generic" brands and they never work. Some of them even make my nose and allergies worse. When it comes to something as serious as your sleep and comfort and daytime functionality, just do what you need to do. This is one of those times.

Good product cheaper at Costco
Good product can get cheaper at Costco in bulk and submit to FSA reimbursement. Over the counter always shop around as health care cost is ridiculous in the US unlike other countries.
