Is this considered to be "non virgin" olive oil?

Hello Don, that’s a great question! We appreciate your inquiry. Yes, this particular oil is considered ‘Pure’ or ‘Classic’. But you could also refer to it as non-virgin olive oil. We naturally lower the acidity level and naturally remove any defects to make it truly pure. We add some extra virgin olive oil back into this oil; however, it does not meet the classification requirements of extra virgin and therefore would not be considered as such.
