Will these fit 87 Ford Ranger?

Yes rangers are 5x4.5 all the way up to the new rangers witch are 6 lug

If the wheel width is 8" and the back space is 4.0 then wouldnt that make the off set 0?

Backspace as opposed to offset, is measured from the center of the wheel toward the outside, these wheels being negative 12mm/ -1/2" means the center is closer to the inside. Backspace is measured to the outside edge of the rim, and tire width is measured inside to inside the rim edges, but you're still correct, it doesn't add up just right... My 15x8 rims measured 9 inch wide outside to outside. Total rim width is abt 9", back space is 4" leaving 5" to the outside edge, giving -0.5" /-12mm offset.

Will this fit on my 2006 grand Cherokee? I really want them

It all depends on your bolt pattern. Also if your Cherokee is not lifted. It may not fit. There are a lot of different factors. I would ask someone that knows your vehicle better first.

Will these fit a 94 Jeep Cherokee?

They will as far as far as the bolt pattern is concern but the offset is half of stock 12mm vs 25mm and the backspacing is 4" vs 5.5" for stock. Using these will make the wheels stick out further and may rub on the fender
