Great Liners ! I was diagnosed with urethritis many years ago , continually had symptoms. I switched to this organic clean brand , my symptoms are completely gone . I wish I had known it was that simple a clean organic liner ! I would have avoided a lot of Dr visits and pain .

Just got these today and the quality seems very good but but I think the width is going to be an issue using them with my panties. They are much wider than the crotch of any of my panties. See the attached photo. The one on the left is ALWAYS discrete long panty liners and those are actually too wide for some of my panties as well. For reference, I am 5 foot one and 115 pounds. I wish they were 100% organic cotton but they are a much safer option than what I was using. We'll see how it goes and after I have Used them a few times I will update the review later if needed.

These are great! Super soft, very comfortable, and they stay in place in my underwear. They feel smaller and less bulky than your average pad, but they offer exceptional protection against bladder leaks and mild incontinence. I'm quadriplegic with pelvic floor muscles and I rely on these if I'm going to be away from my house for long periods of time. I know that they can handle any minor bladder leak that I might have while out and about and keep me comfortable and feeling dry while I get to a location where it can be changed. Highly recommend this product!

I am a mom and a teacher. I am not incontinent. I do, however, occasionally leak. Laugh, sneeze, cough, and sometimes simply exist in the wrong position… leak, leak, leak. I am still young enough that I cannot bring myself to purchase products labeled for incontinence. Instead, I continue doing those exercises and hoping for the best. My child is 14, so take that strategy for what it’s worth. For years, I used Kotex Liv pads because they handled both periods and occasional bladder leaks reasonably well. They weren’t perfect, but they worked for me. Unfortunately, they were discontinued, which sent me searching for a replacement. Enter Rael. First (photos 1-3) I ordered the long size pads, and they check all the boxes: 1. Cotton 2. No harsh chemicals 3. Ultra-thin, more like a pantyliner or light pad than a bulky bladder product 4. Wide without being obnoxiously wide. They fit the width of a standard pair of underwear perfectly. 5. Most importantly: DRY. This time I ordered the moderate which are 4.5” x 8” ‘installed’ (photos 4-5). we will be traveling in the car for quite some time and I wanted a bit more security, not knowing how often we may find a place to stop at the necessary time! The moderate are both longer and wider - see the photos below to get an idea of how they look in your pants. They are very thin, all things considered, and the Rael pads are the only ones that keep me feeling dry - which I honestly love. I tried a competing Korean brand that LOOKS very similar. It is NOT. In a very low stakes experiment, the wet on the competitor was very noticeably wet. The dryness is what sets the Rael apart. With many products, I remain aware that I’m wearing them throughout the day. These stayed comfortable and dry enough that I largely forgot about them, which is exactly what I want. Overall, this is an excellent value for a pack of 72. If you’re in that awkward stage between “everything is fine” and “ruh-roh,” these are absolutely worth considering. The best part is that they are NOT labeled as an incontinence product. They reference only ‘bladder leaks’, which I can accept.

These are comfortable and the adhesive works very well holding the pad in place and not leaving a stick residue when removed. Don't let the description "long" fool you. The padded area measures 71/4 inches. Other brands claiming "long" measure 10". I'm not sure whose bottom was measured to determine the length of the pad, but I believe it won't accommodate most.

I'm extremely upset these are called "liners" when they are wingless pads. I wanted a large pack of liners and now I wasted my money because I won't be using these. They aren't even as comfortable as their regular pads and as someone who's gone through post partum twice I wouldn't recommend them over the regular pads. I love this brand, but this is the worst product they offer. Going in the garbage where it belongs...

Was expecting to be much softer than they are and not very long. Will not buy again.
