I bought these along with the Turkey Tail from another supplier, and so far I'm enjoying these, I can take them along with turkey tail, lions mane too with no side effects or detriment to the others, I'll be buying these again as their a high extract ratio that I've seen for the price!

Have only given 3 stars due to not being able to fully give the product chance to notice a difference as I had to stop taking them. Took these for a week and a half and for over 7days I had a constant banging headache, after looking up side effects for this product one of them were headaches.

I like the size of the capsules and they are easy to swallow. There's no taste so that is good for individuals who don't like the taste of mushrooms. Worth the money.
