Is this product BPA free?

I’m not sure, but it only works for MAYBE 10 baths before it breaks

The toy used to automatically shut off when out of the water, but now it runs constantly. Do I have to take the batteries out to turn it off?

Hello, The reason for this is that there is water in the sensing area. After use, please dry the surface of the toy with a towel, so that the problem can be solved. If you have any questions, please contact us

Is it supposed to stop spraying ? I just got it today worked for 10 mins and stopped spraying but lights are on

It should keep spraying as long as it’s in the water.

Can the whale be used in bubble bath?

Hello, dear you can use our baby bath toys in bubble bath. But After each use, please swing up and down to throw out the moisture inside the toy, then dry the surface of the toy with a paper towel, and then open the battery compartment to replace the battery.
