Neogen Rodenticide Ramik Green Rat and Mouse Bait 60 Pack Pail, 15 lb

I've ordered this after my brothers have both told me about this product, and its success in keeping the mice population under control or at the very least kill them, and ever since I've been using it, I don't see much of any mice activity as of late, I mean that I don't see them at all, and each time that I set the bait where they might be, the bag itself will be gone in usually 2 days, and I will be ordering this again, and yes I highly recommend it.

I order this spring and fall. This product is very effective. Out of all the products I’ve used this is the best so I guess it is a good value. Very low odor.

I've purchased the Ramik nuggets before in a large bag. When I found these, I wasn't sure how they were packaged or if these were just the nuggets I've used before in different packaging. Turns out these are exactly the same thing as the big bulk bags of pellets, but are smaller pkgs designed to be easily used in various dispensers for this type of product. This stuff works!!! If you use it correctly, it is very effective and has always killed any of the mice and rats in, around, and under our home! If you see snakes around your home, under it, or possibly in it, you can count on a food source such as mice and rats being present in those areas as well. When we first started to use these to kill the mice and rats, the rat snakes left the direct area of our home, but found our chicken pen and began eating the eggs so I had to put a few in areas where the chickens or our dog couldn't get to easily. We've had to do this once or twice a year for the last couple of years since the land behind us has been largely clear cut and drove them to our homes. We put a few pellets behind our stove, refrigerator, in our laundry room, and a few other key places we know the mice have been. If you see droppings, put a few pellets nearby but not where your kids or animals can get to easily. Within a week or two, they are gone! Be aware that if you smell something rotten, start looking for a mouse or rat carcass because they don't always leave your home after eating these. It's only happened once in three years to us, but it has happened and you don't want your pets trying to eat the carcass of anything that has eaten the pellets. The work very well! You just have to use them right!

I would give these 5 stars because I have bought and used these many time for my outside building. The reason for 4 stars is it takes a long time for the rats to die.

I bought baits from another brand, peanut butter scented, and mice ignored it. But heck! Mice love these! We went on vacation so I wanted to get rid of pests before leaving so put these a week before departure. At first I could see one, or two balls disappearing. The third day they were all gone! So I put more and left. Upon return the baits were all gone again! And better yet, no mice! Winter is coming, so of course mice start hunkering from all around, we live in an urban area but we are close to a lake and lots of natural areas, so of course there's gonna be more mice. I saw one, and thought: hum its time to put more. I went to where I put the bag with all the baits, and it was gnawed on the outside! They were trying to eat, so I put more and I am waiting for the magic to happen again. The problem with baits is when mice get used to it, or simply ignore them because they either get used to it or they go to mice school and learn about traps and stuff. For now they crave these baits, and up to now effectiveness is top notch. Let's see what happens next. We are using this also in combination with another of those electric traps that zaps them (which also works), but that is another story. I can recommend this product :)

I think when I first bought this is worked but over time ,I dont know the mice might have to use to it .

we have dogs that feed mice & rats daily by spilling their bowls. So, I wanted something not quite as poisonous to pets ( we have chickens, cats, dogs) and that kills them differently so as to not stink up house as bad when decomposing. Copilot recommended this.) well, haven't smelled a dead animal yet, was hoping this was what we wanted!!!!!.(I had gotten some other brand that DID do this, couldn't find it anywhere!!!! Nope.......The other day I opened a drawer where I had left an opened half a bag to use later ( had already spread 6 bags everywhere saw rodent activity). To my surprise a mouse flew out of the drawer,& took off, the bag of pellets gone had been eaten entirely. Only plastic bag left in drawer chewed up. 3 days later he or she is still running around in my bedroom, even after spreading 2 more bags around. DO NOT RECOMEND ! so far has been a pricey mouse treat.

Finally, something that works. After a house down the street was torn down and we ended up with mice I tried everything, even an exterminator, and nothing was working for long. Then I found these fish-flavored/scented nuggets. I put them in the kitchen behind the fridge, under my bed, behind the toilet, and in the garage, and continued to keep all food products in tamper-proof containers or the fridge. It took about 2-3 weeks before the mice ripped into them, but within a month after that, we were mouse-free. I keep some around, in the kitchen, garage, and bathroom, but it's just a precaution. If needed, yes I will order more, and I recommend them to everyone I know. 5 stars.
