Can this charger work with en-el18b and charge that battery as a nikon branded charger?

The 18b differs from the 18 in terms of output with the former having a 2500mah capacity and the latter having a 2000 mah capacity. It is intelligent so yes it will charge your battery. It ha sbeen charging my batteries in florida now for two years without a problem. It works well for me at a significant discount to the Nikon priced one.

What is the warranty on this charger and what does it cover? Link under warranty says to contact seller.

I do not know about the warranty . It is s good charger and the company is first class. I needed next day delivery . They did their part but UPS did not. They refunded all shipping charges.

Does this charger work on the 18d?

According to the description of the Charger here on Amazon and also on the Wasabi web page, this is compatible with the the Nikon en-el18d battery. Wasabi also sells this charger as a bundle with 2 of their Wasabi enel18d batteries.
