Cerwin Vega 6.5” VMAX65D2
Some people did not specify which model or size they bought in their reviews but this is for the Cerwin Vega VMAXX 6.5" 200W RMS 2-Ohm Dual Voice Coil model: VMAX65D2. Wanted to change out the factory subwoofer in a Honda Element 2008 model. Not much consumer feedback or videos on this specific 6.5 subwoofer but the price and reputation or the company made me give them a try. No regrets. It definitely has the punchy bass kicks like people mention in other models. Response on the lows in amazing in my opinion for a 6.5. Still using factory radio and it’s still bumps nicely. Used the series wiring method at 4ohm. The screws do not line up which you could just drill some new ones or I just used the two holes on the top and bottom. Great subwoofer. For the price this may be the best option for the money at $85. Hope this helps.
