These are absolutely great! Cut the pouch, rinse the product and add with whatever you’d like.

I love this! Very lo3w carbs and calories, tastes like whatever you add to it.

While it is not quite like rice it is a good substitute for those on keto. I recommend that you rinse for a few mins in water. Use an oil and sauté for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper. By itself it isn’t so good, but if you’re eating it with curries, soups, etc it is a wonderful substitute. The hardest part is getting rid of the rubber like texture. For keto it is the best alternative rice out there.

These are awful. These taste nothing like any shirataki or Konjac I’ve ever had before. They are crispy like uncooked cabbage even after cooking and kind of sharp on the tongue. They stink even through the packaging, a strong fish smell. You can wash it away and it doesn’t taste like fish but the stink is stronger than any shirataki noodle I’ve ever smelled. Nasty all around, don’t buy.

Good, safe rice substitute for people with diabetes. Doesn't taste like real rice, but is acceptable.

First order one of the bags looks nothing like the others: not rice shaped, looks grated, not separated, mostly water. So is it even safe to eat? Who knows. It doesn't look like it's supposed to. No returns or refunds.

Quality is going down hill in a hurry. The last 3 boxes that I’ve ordered have each had at least one spoiled pouch inside. With their no return or replacement policy it’s turning into a ripoff! As a staple of my diet I’m definitely on the hunt for a new brand

Mixed it into my dish rather than eating separate and it was great.Was expecting a softer texture but was just like rice.

We miss rice on the keto diet and this product stepped up perfectly to fill in. 8 packs in the box, 1 pack per serving and it cooks well and picks up food and sauce flavouring perfectly. Easy to wash and none of the smell people complain about. Mixes well in all ethnic foods and is also great for making sushi. Also makes very nice rice pudding with the help of chia seeds and fresh whipping cream. Bye bye rice.
