The bread made with this flour just plain tastes good. The dough is so easy to work with and it bakes up beautifully. Waffles, cinnamon rolls, french bread—I could go on and on. Each package I have received comes to me dated within two weeks of milling.

This flour is fantastic! Homemade goods end up with wonerful flavor. It's also good that it is one of the healthiest flours I have found.

I use a bread maker to make fresh bread daily to avoid preservatives and other additives usually found in store bought bread. I’m not creative when it comes to baking, just somebody who prioritizes nutritious foods. I’ve tried a few different brands to make simple loaves, and this flour has been by far the best quality. I’ve been really impressed with the ingredients, taste and resulting texture. Best of all this flour is freshly milled. I got it on September 25, and the bag I received had been milled only five weeks ago on August 18. I just placed my second order and will be a repeat customer in the future.

This is an amazing flour! Made some of the tastiest sourdough loafs I’ve ever made. Only downside is it is quite expensive so it’s a treat rather than a staple.
