The Asian Secrets’ Herbal Steam Bath - for Feminine Care, Postpartum Recovery and Anti-Inflammation

I love this product. I used it twice gave me a good cleaning. Used it with the steamer. Can’t wait to use it again .

The package I received contains 10 bags that look like over-sized teabags. Each bag is 4" by 2" stuffed with various herbs and flowers.The usage is a bit more involved/time-consuming than I realized. To use I had to boil 8 cups of water and add 1 bag of herbs to boiling water. The bag has to seep for 15 minutes. When I poured it into to sitz bath it generated steam. A steam bath is recommended for 20 minutes. Instructions call for putting the towel over your lap to keep the steam from escaping quickly. One of my favorite things is life is a beautiful pot of fine tea. Never in a million years have I ever imagined that I'd be sharing a pot of tea with my most intimate friend by sitting in that tea. But, viola, that is exactly what I did with this wonderful product. I boiled up a kettle of water which I then poured into a pot with one of these tea bags and let it steep until the water cooled down just enough to retain some heat but cool enough for sitting in.First off, it smelled wonderful. The scent in the room alone was a joy. I poured the liquor into the sitz bath and it made the bathroom smell delightful. Then it was time for the test. That's when I took a seat and took my time while reading a book. The warm tea felt wonderful. About 20 minutes later as the tea cooled down, I felt clean and refreshed. Such a pleasant little treat for my most intimate friend.Next time, I think I'll take Earl Grey along.

And especially one with this "tea" for your bum and surrounding areas. Several years ago I had anal fissures that required surgery and that's where I started using sitz baths as prescribed by my doctor. I think many people can identify with having one or more issues in that area and while you may apply topical ointments or do other things, just heating a potful of water and steeping one of these "tea bags" to use as a balm for that area...well, until you have done it, you can't know just how wonderful it feels! It's like getting a full night's sleep after several days of interrupted sleep, it's like getting in front of a cool fan when you are sweating like crazy...it's that "aaahhhh" moment you didn't know you needed! Try it - you won't be disappointed!

I just started my journey into yoni steaming and so far I am loving it. You get 10 little bags with this. Boil water throw it in, let it steep for 15ish mins, pour in your sitz bath (or whatever you use) and enjoy! It smells good and when I do this I take the time to genuinely let myself - mind & body - relaxe. I suggest every woman do the same if you can. Because we're all worth it 💖

It actually smells good but the truth is that I did NOT feel any relief from its use. Disappointed

I’ve been taking warm baths and sitz baths every day for weeks due to illness. This was a lovely surprise, something I’d never heard of. I have used it twice. One time in a bath; the lovely scent just didn’t hold up to such a large amount of water. The other time in a sitz bath. Still, I was a bit disappointed ‘cause if one puts one’s nose up against it, it smells heavenly. But it isn’t strong enough to really smell like I wished it would.Still, it’s lovely and hopefully those herbs will help soothe the problem I’m having. I can’t tell because I am in a lot of pain but anything nice is appreciated.
