Fast shipping. I needed a 2nd monitor to work from and wanted the same monitor that I already had because it is a great monitor.

Had more scratches on it (back side) than I anticipated. I bought this one because I wanted a matching pair of monitors with matching color. Strangely, the colors are still off a bit.

I purchased this monitor to match an existing HP E242 that I had. Buying used from this dealer saved me half the price. It was securely packaged and arrived undamaged. My only complaint is that there are definite scuff marks all over the frame and the buttons stick a little; however, there appears to be no damage to the screen. There are no dead pixels or scratches on the screen. The buttons, despite sticking a little, work fine. Overall, I'm satisfied and am happy to have saved some money. Very fast shipping!
