61XL Ink Cartridge Black and Color Combo Pack Replacement for HP Ink 61 2PK

Good alternative to the original 61 HP ink. The prints aren't quite as crisp and clean as genuine HP 61 cartridges, but the difference is very minimal. Considering the price savings, it's a great value and performs well for everyday printing.

I've had great success with replacement cartridges in the past. For some reason, the black cartridge from this order did not work. When I contacted the company well past the return date, Luna explained what I needed to do to receive a refund. I received a refund for the total purchase. Luna issued my refund within hours of my submission of the required information. Truly magnificent customer service and a company that stands by its products.

My HP 4500 was purchased quite a few years ago. I don't print very often, and I was no longer able to get it to work despite running the head cleaner, soaking cartridge bottoms in water, etc. I was not out of ink but figured it had dried up from lack of use. Was debating on just buying a new printer because to replace with HP ink would not cost much less than a new printer. I saw good reviews and the much lower price for these ink cartridges so decided to give it a try. To my amazement I ran the print quality test page and it came out perfect! I have since learned that you need to use ink jet printers at least once every one to two weeks to keep cartridges from drying up. Hoping this will keep these ink cartridges continuing in good working condition.

I have an HP ENVY 4502 printer and this ink is not compatible with my printer! When I first installed the ink, it worked and I printed my documents...all was well. I threw away the packaging and returned my old cartridges in the recycle envelope provided. Fast forward one week later and the cartridges are not compatible. The printer screen says, "The following cartridges must be replaced". I went to settings to change the protected cartridge function, that did not work. I cleaned the contacts on the printer and the cartridges and that did not work. I re-booted the system after doing all of these things multiple times....nothing worked. I guess I am out $25 and on my way to the store for more ink!

This is actually not bad at all. The quality was pretty decent. I was expecting much worse, especially after reading some of those comments. I am glad I didn't listen to them and took a chance because my alternative would be to pay the high price for the original. My printer did recognize that it's an original cartridge but re-manufactured ink but it accepted it and proceeded to do what it does. To be honest I don't see a huge difference between this item and the original. Mind you I only tested it for one day so hopefully it remains working.

I have an older HP printer that I love! It prints on cardstock and I don't want to give it up. I love buying this ink from this seller because: *It prints in beautiful colors *Great, fast service *One time, I had issues printing & he sent me a new set at no charge, so excellent customer service. *Budget friendly for an educator like myself!
