Perfect for what I needed
After having a stroke, the pole is perfect to help me with my balance when learning to walk again.When assembling it for the 1st time. The instructions aren't clear. You have to pull one of the sections till it locks. This is quite far past the image of the padlock. This took me some time to work out.

Poor item
Firstly, the description is misleading : Stick or Sticks ? You only get one. Secondly, the instructions are hopelessly inadequate. Thirdly, I couldn't find a way to safely or logically put the stick together. Shoddy and a waste of money and time. The stick was returned straightaway.

It does what i need it to
I am in my 70s now and not as fit. I used to walk and climb hills without a second thought!This pole is a God Send, I can continue to do some walking out and about.

Hard to assemble, the instruction is unclear
It took me over 10 mins to figure out how to assemble the poles. The instruction is not helpful. Suggest everyone to go on Youtube and search for a Collapsible Walking Poles assemble guide to watch from instead.

Pedí el color azul y es un color súper bonito. Viene con muchas piezas intercambiables para diferentes terrenos. Algunas veces lo usa mi marido que es más alto que yo, y dice que es muy fácil ajustar la altura del palo. Además, no tarde nada en juntarlo. Muy buena calidad y lo recomiendo, es una maravilla.

El cable interior no se tensa correctamente por lo que el bastón no se queda rijido.Encima no te devuelven el dinero completamente,te hacen una devolución parcial.Producto y vendedor pésimo!Te recomiendo no tirar tu dinero es una estafa.
