Great item, but the website is so-so
I like the size and the idea of the product, the website works fine but not the most intuitive, take your time setting it up.

they didn't stay on my luggage
I purchased 6 of the little tags and 2 of the larger DynoTags. All of them ripped off of my luggage in transit. The little clasp isn't durable enough to withstand all the handling by the airlines.
