It is not a knit but it has a nice drape and feel to it (not at all clingy). It is similar to a woven rayon in feel and drape. I am a seamstress, so I know fabric and this is a very nice top

Long. Well below the bottom area. Runs a little big

Is the embroidery picky underneath ?

The shirt has a silky liner that goes halfway down the shirt on the inside that covers the inside of the embroidery. But even without the silky cover the inside of the embroidery almost looks exactly like the outside. It doesn’t have a lot of random strings, etc. it is very well-made.

Small length is 27.5" - what is the bottom measurement? the bottom circumference? or hip measurement which is not listed but important. thanks!

I am not sure of a small, but it appears it skims the hips nicely…not loose or tight either one.

Size chart doesn't match fit...

This was recommended for me in size medium but according to a lot of the reviews the individuals recommended sizing up. So I purchased a large and I'm so glad I did! The shoulders fit perfectly and because this shirt has a shirt within, lining, it makes it flow so much better. Also there's no hip slits in the shirt so it will bunch up if you don't buy a big enough size. I'm not a big girl but I am tall. I usually wear a medium in tops. I'm 5'9", 36B, 145 lbs. and I have a long torso. I would highly recommend this shirt but purchase according to how you like it to fit.

Wow!

I am not someone who buys random branded clothing on Amazon and was skeptical, but I needed a top that looked like this on short notice so just went for it. I am surprised at the quality of fabric, construction, and embroidery. It is a well made shirt. I am 5’6” / 120 lbs / 32A and typically wear size S, but I chose M because of reviews saying it runs small and because I wanted a looser tunic fit over leggings. It hits me below the hips. I’m so pleased with this purchase!

Way too small

The embroidery was pretty, but it was SO small. It was advertised as "flowing" but I still ordered it one size larger. When I tried it on I had to squeeze into it, so I sent it "flowing" back to Amazon (returned it).

Nice quality.

This product runs small size up if you dont hand wash it shrinks but I do love the blouse the embroidery is pretty. It's also lined. You do have to iron. But again size up if you like a nice loose fit.
