Solid supplement that's NSF certified
I take these for sleep support and they do the job nicely. I love the brand because of their quality. Whenever I buy supplements, I look for 3rd party certifications to ensure purity and quality. This one specifically has the NSF certification which I really like. The pills are easy to swallow and I do notice them relax me at night.

Assistance with Relaxation and Sleep
Great product to enhance relaxation and sleep! They provide the correct form of magnesium and the product works wonders. I have been taking it for a number of years and wouldn't switch!

Checks all my boxes
I’m a nurse and a bit of a supplement snob. I try to keep everything to USP or NSF certified. I wanted to try Mag Glycinate for a calming and sleep aid. Most other forms of Magnesium come with GI issues. This was one of the only ones I could find that was certified. I wasn’t entirely sure it was helping until I ran out and noticed I couldn’t stay asleep that night and felt a bit more anxious the next day. I’ve been taking it for 7 months now without fail. Plan to keep this one in my lineup.
