Muscle and mind...
Apparently, this is one of the most investigated supplements. People use it for the gym,it is also good for cognitive use aswell,but only afterthe muscle has had its fill. Most people take 20 grams a day of you're. " loading" ; do your research. This is the good stuff.

good product. Does make a difference.
Great product. I could definitely notice an improvement in my reps after using this product. I used the route of one scoop per day so it took a few weeks of consistant use before I noticed the difference, but there definitely is a difference once your muscles are fully saturated. My body did feel slightly 'inflated' whilst using this, which is a good thing and came with a lot of compliments. I also noticed I felt smaller when I stopped using it for a few weeks due to illness. Good product and would recommend though.

Easygoing product easy to digest. Product recommends daily usage 2.5gr/ portion. Which every person I talked advised having double dose. I guess it is better to follow the original instructions.

Cheap plastic useless scoop
Why on earth does this come with a scoop only half of which should be filled? When there is no clear sign where half is and when the directions say not to exceed the amount recommended? Why not provide a proper scoop? And perhaps not a cheap plastic one...

Same as any other creatine I have taken in my lifetime. All have taste and resadue. Not sure if it's creapure as it's not anywhere on the product and therefore expensive for what it is.

Came in Clumpy
I ordered this as i believed it was the best but unfortunately it came slightly clumpy at first and i thought that was okay since a small part of it was clumped however overtime it became more clumped and now it im not sure if its even usable

Good but beware of fake sales!
The product seems adequate, though I don't feel the kind of volumization I used to have. Perhaps as I am getting older I am becoming a non-responder to creatine. But creatine being one of the most proven of supplements, getting one makes sense. This isn't Creapure as far as I can tell, but it is claimed to be NSF certified and Thorne is a reputable brand. That aside, I am appalled by the number of times this has been advertised with a fake sale. Usual price I would get this would be around SGD55. Around now (Black Friday) the usual price miraculously shows as down from SGD86. Caveat emptor not just for this product, but many others on Amazon.
