Simply attach the correct head to the gun, and press the power button, adjust the speed to comfort, and focus on the target area I want to massage. As a Senior person , I use it on whatever area i need daily. I pretty much use it 10 to 15 min per day on 2 to 3 different tissue areas to promote healthy nutrient rich blood to come and repair any damaged muscle fibers or cells you have in that area.So if you have muscle pain this gun does a great job!!! It gets in there good! I didn’t know whether to laugh or cringe when it got to my hurt muscle lol but it eased it up. I Fully recommended this Roffie instrument and it is really worth it! I have a slipped disk at my neck and because of that I have a pinched nerve/ severe Shoulder muscles pain. I have tried many other massagers but didn’t really work for me.I was a bit skeptical about this product as well but I am very happy that I made this purchase.This item came in a very decent packing. It has a very rigid travel box in which the massager gun and 4 thumping tools are placed very nicely.Massage gun itself is a nice sturdy item. It is light weight which makes it easy for me to hold it on one hand and massage my other shoulder. It has three different speeds from light, medium and high. So far I am finding all of these speeds useful and depending on how bad the pain is I use speed accordingly. Battery on this massage gun is very very good. It runs me hours easily without even putting any dent on the actual battery usage. Very happy with battery life. Charging the item is also a breeze. It is very convenient to charge it.Overall I am Very satisfied with this massage gun. Its different tools/massage heads make it very convenient for me to use it on different body muscles and get instant pain relief. It is a quality product and I do recommend it to others!

The media could not be loaded.  I've had a chiropractor use something similar once before and it felt amazing. I figured this would be subpar compared to what a professional had but honestly it isn't that far off. For a consumer product it's perfectly fine and I actually wouldn't want something with more power.It's beautifully designed and has a nice durable case; perfect since I plan to take this to games and practices so it'll get tossed around quite a bit but won't mess up the gun. Comes mostly charged (charges quickly if not) and has four LED lights for battery level, and three LED lights for the levels. Super easy to use, easy to swap out the attachments, and it's easy to handle while running regardless of what level you're using.I will say, it takes some getting use to for some people if you're massaging someone else (mainly if they're ticklish haha). Just have to figure out how firm to hold the gun so it's not jumping around on them as much. The only other thing worth noting is that only one of the attachments has a rubber flexible tip, the other three are plastic. I personally prefer the rubber attachment so wouldn't mind having one of the others be the same but not a huge issue at all.

1. Es tut wirklich richtig gut! Ich habe erst nicht an so passive Maßnahmen geglaubt und dachte, dass es eh schnell ein Staubfänger werden wird. Aber nein! Es hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht und überzeugt. Es ist oft im Einsatz, da es einfach schnell und unkompliziert hilft.--- trotzdem ersätzt es kein Training, was meiner Erfahrung nach wirklich am besten bei Verspannungen hilft!2. Auf keinen Fall zu lange anwenden. Meiner Erfahrung nach sollte man es nicht übertreiben und mir reicht es eigentlich auch recht schnell. Meiner Mutter ist davon allerdings schon schlecht geworden, sie reagiert aber auch ähnlich auf Massagen (diesen Menschen würde ich wirklich von dieser infensiven Methode abraten!!)Und die Stärkste Stufe würde ich wirklich auch nur auf großen Muskeln und nur kurz anwenden.-- tastet euch wirklich erstmal vorsichtig heran um zu merken, ob es nicht zu krass ist.-- eine höhere Frequenz ist nicht immer gleich intensiver! Also traut euch auch ein bisschen hich zu drehen.3. Das Handbuch ist super professionell: es wird wirklich jeder Muskel genau beschrieben - also für interessierte ist Material dabei. :D-- ansonsten ist das Gerät auch ohne Handbuch gut zu nutzen es erklärt sich gut von alleine!4. Es gibt verschiedene Aufsätze: der Ball/ die Kugel ist unser Favorit aber da muss jeder für sich schauen. Einfach durch probieren.5. Ich hab das Gerät gestern bei meiner Oma mit COPD ( Lungenproblemen) angewand und es hat ihr sehr geholfen den Lästigen Schleim loszuwerden-- es ist also auch therapeutisch ( in Maßen und im Rahmen) zu gebrauchen. Lieferung war schnell. Die Pistole mit den Aufsätzen ist in einem sehr wertigen Case aufbewahrt.Die Massagepistole haben wir schon oft verwendet. Hilft bei Verspannungen.Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die wenigen Anleitungsbilder sind dermaßen klein, dass man die Muskelgruppen sowie die Dauer der Anwendung nur mit der Lupe erkennen kann. Eine DVD oder eine kleine Broschüre oder ein Link wäre da schon hilfreich.

Wie immer läuft die Lieferung super. Durch den Amazon Versand habe ich die Massage Pistole schnell bekommen. Das Päckchen war sicher verpackt. Die Massage Pistole ist auch super verpackt. Da ist eine kleine Tasche dabei. In dieser ist die Massage Pistole sowie ein paar Aufsätze. Die Massage Pistole war bereits voll geladen, sodass ich direkt los legen konnte. Ich habe die Pistole erst an meinen Armen und Beinen ausprobiert. Sofort habe ich mich auch am Rücken massieren lassen. Die Massage ist echt angenehm . Es kitzelt nur bisschen an der Nase. Es gibt drei Stufen bei der man die Schnelligkeit einstellen lassen kann. Jede Stufe ist für sich anderst .ich liebe die mittlere Stufe. Vom Design bis hin zum Produkt selbst ist die Massage Pistole sehr hochwertig. Es wurde sogar ein Coupon angeboten,sodass ich ohne zu zögern 5 Sterne geben möchte. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Service musste bislang nicht stattfinden weshalb ich dazu nichts sagen kann.

Das Gerät kommt in einer schönen Tasche. Hierbei gibt es extra Aussparungen für die vier verschiedenen Aufsätze, das Gerät und das USB-Kabel. Mit im Lieferumfang befindet sich eine bebilderte Anleitung. In dieser sind neben dem üblichen Produkt- und Inbetriebnahme Hinweisen auch anatomische Skizzen abgedruckt. Zu den jeweiligen Muskeln finden sich die dazu passenden Massageempfehlungen und die Anzahl der Wiederholungen.Das Gerät kommt bereits aufgeladen und kann direkt in Betrieb genommen werden. Mann muss sich lediglich für einen Aufsatz entscheiden und diesen in das Gerät stecken. Nach längerem halten auf die ON Taste startet das Gerät in der 1 Stufe. Die Massage entsteht durch das schnelle vor und zurück Bewegen des Massagekopfs. Mann könnte es wie ein schnelles Vibrieren beschreiben. Ich selbst empfinde die Vibration recht angenehm. In der ersten Stufe ist das Gerät auch nicht sehr laut, sodass man nebenbei auch noch TV schauen kann. Das Gerät hat insgesamt 3 Stufen. Ab der zweiten Stufe nimmt die Lautstärke deutlich zu. Und in der 3ten ist das Gerät deutlich präsent. Allerdings ist die Massage dann auch entsprechend intensiv. Insgesamt eine gute Möglichkeit sich Abends auf der Couch nach dem Sport noch etwas zu entspannen.
