I started on Good Day's 'Calm,' to get a nudge to sleep, with the occasional 'Sleep,' here and there. Recently, as my work patterned changed, and with it an increase in the usual suspects of stress, mental worry, fatigue, and so on, I began to take a sleep-chocolate at night EVERY DAY. What I had not realized is that I was waking up surprisingly light and happy for some reason... the kind of morning where you keep looking around for that good news or anticipation like something magical is on the way. Ah, then I realized all those studies about getting sound rest... I've always been a solid dreamer and that can be disrupted. With Sleep my dreams return and vivid, deep, and like I said, I get such an incredible rest. I can occasionally need too much sleep, so gauge it. I use this in tandem with Calm--if I need to get up very early, I'll go Calm; weekend sleep or a super tough day, Sleep... and gosh, that happiness of really sound sleep is powerful.

Update to first review: I contacted the seller and they said I could return the bottle. (Very nice of them). I let them know I had opened the bottle because I was out and needed to use them. Seller said they would issue a partial refund of $7 since price wasn’t in line with quant. (This seller gets 5 ⭐️’s for their kindness & attention to my concerns. )⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The packaging on this bottle is exactly the same as what I buy for $24.99 @ Sprouts. The difference is that this package is a quantity of 50 for almost $22 & what I buy @ Sprouts has 80 in it. This was not a deal at all, in fact it makes this product way more expensive than Sprouts. AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS.

Thank you so much for your product! My son just loves these! He has a hard time sleeping and this gets him to sleep in a timely manner! He loves that it’s chocolate, so he feels like he gets candy before brushing his teeth! Super tasty!

Absolutely do not buy from this seller. They do not have a return option and the bottle I got has the month and date scratched off with an expiration year of 2020 and the candies are stale and disgusting. Buy from someone else, I’m still trying to figure out how to get a refund.

My husband used it and said it did not work for him.

I received this with the contents all in bad shape. All the pieces had cracked shells and then I noticed the product was expired. It had a stamped exp. date of 2020. It looked like somebody tried to scratch it off. Returned for refund.
