First of all, why would you wear your poncho near a millennial? Second, this poncho is not worth wearing near anyone, and I’m sure it would flame-up. Look elsewhere for your generation-proof poncho.

I’m about 5’7” would this poncho go down to my knees or lower?

I'm 5-9 bare footed, and the lowest bit of fabric is 7 inches from the floor. Assume you'll be a half to 1 inch taller with boots, it should be no less than 6 inches from the ground when you wear it.

Can you use a poncho liner with this poncho?

Yes, assuming your poncho liner is a similar size and has strings on it to tie through the tarp holes

Is good for warm weather?

The fabric doesn’t breathe (if it did, it wouldn’t be water proof), but the arm holes & bottom are loose enough to allow some air circulation. I took it on a hiking trip to Costa Rica & it worked out fine for me.
