We've been long time users of Supcase phone cases. The Unicorn Beetle on my aging S7 is still rock solid and the wife's Unicorn on her S9 looks brand new. We've never had any problems and can not be happier with our purchases. So when it came time to get our kid his 1st phone, we went with the A11 and ordered the matching Supcase without thoughts or hesitation. It was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this case was terrible and NOT what we've come to expect from Supcase. The phone did not come close to fitting into the case's front cover/plastic frame as it seemed slightly smaller than the phone. This lead to the outer/back cover not sealing completely and the tabs to access the usb ports to be misaligned. This is a huge disappoint. How could this product be so off???

Before I found Supcase I would break 3-4 phones per year. Thanks to the durability of these cases my last phone made it 4 years before it finally wore out. Not kidding, before shopping for a new phone I checked with this supplier to see what phones they made cases for and ordered my new case before buying the phone. The stand works great, the fit is perfect and even makes allowances for the fingerprint scanner. The phone alone is great and easy to hold but I felt that I had to be very careful. With the new case, not a problem, I just grab and go. Holding it feels very comfortable and when heading out the door I feel comfortable either shoving it my pocket or clipping it to the provided belt clip. Can't beat the price and can't beat the shipping speed.

I've always had a otter box on my phones but they don't make the defender series for the A11 so I went with this one. First off it is a rugged case but it doesn't fit. Its close but to tight to fit the phone as others said in the reviews. All I can say is I won't buy another one

This case fits the phone like a glove! It is heavy duty & has saved the screen from getting busted dozens of times, when I've been clumsy.I had this brand of case on my old phone as well.It is slightly difficult to take off, but not really a big deal, not enough to reduce the 5 stars I'm rating for it. I'll always purchase this brand when I upgrade my phone in the future as I've done before. If you want your phone to be completely protected, this is the best case to purchase. It also had it's own screen that covers the phone screen. So no worries about the phone screen getting scratched up.You won't be disappointed!!

I absolutely love unicorn beetle phone cases but this one just doesn't fit right. The screen protector that is factory install on the case doesnt line-up with the phones speaker and front facing camera. Also the rubber outside part of the case doesnt completely wrap around and fall into place as it should on the bottom of the phone.

I read a couple of articles describing this phone case as extremely durable and a great buy. However, THE PHONE CASE DOES NOT FIT THE PHONE!!! How disappointing... The snap, front screen doesn't fully fit onto the phone. When the back, cover case is placed on, there are gaps at the top and bottom of the case. It doesn't fully fit into the seams. I'm guessing the gaps occur due to the front case not properly fitting the phone. I'm returning the case and I am highly disappointed and very frustrated....

WOW!This is by far the BEST case that I have found for my phone!After 4 failed attempts@trying to find a case that was affordable,durable(very durable!)&looked decent I was beginning to think I would never find the right one!I stumbled across this 1&thought I'd try it out.I was apprehensive to even order it but I'm VERY happy I did!It covers the phone completely without being obtrusive,all the ports are covered yet accessible,the back of the cover is pliable&easy to put on&take off.The power&volume buttons work flawlessly.The biggest surprise for me was the front screen protector!I've purchased other"full coverage cases before&was very disappointed because the front protector made it feel clumsy&very un-user friendly.You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with this case at all!!

Maybe it's my OCD but the case doesn't fit properly. I've tried putting it in 3 different ways but it always ends up having a bit of a lip on it. I've even tried stretching it but it didn't help. It's unfortunate because they do usually make great cases.

I purchased this for my husband who works outside a LOT and is not gentle with his electronics! It has worked well so far, although it popped off of his bet while he was riding the lawnmower the other day. The phone didn't pop out of the holder, but the holder popped off his belt.I'll update in another few weeks, as he has only been using it for a week or so. I will say that the screen protector side of the case does not fit very well. It seems to be a tiny bit too small. THere is a small space the is definitely big enough to let dirt inside. I'll update that later as well.
