Our Myo & D-Chiro Inositol with MTHF Folate + Vitamin D3 can support egg health*, but is not meant to improve egg quality in individuals struggling with medical egg quality issues.

Is there there a difference in benefits between the Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol powder vs pill?

There is no difference in terms of benefits. The capsules do have methylcellulose (the capsule material), and a very small amount of rice flour to help the powder flow in the encapsulation machines, but neither of these affects efficacy.

How many capsules of Myo & D-Chiro Inositol should I take each day?

Our recommended serving is 4-8 capsules per day, or 2000-4000 mg Myo-Inositol and 50-100 mg D-Chiro Inositol, but some of our customers use more or less than this depending on their doctor's instructions.

Can I take the powder out of the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol capsules and mix it with water?

Yes, you can do that if you would like, it will be processed in your body the same way the powder supplements are!
