We bought this safe from amazon wear house. It was dented but very usable. It came without any paperwork, so we could not open the safe. I called sentry safe company, and they were very helpful. After I was able to prove without any doubt that I was the owner of the safe they in a secure mode of communication sent me the electronic code to open the safe. They are proud of the quality of their product, and give fantastic customer service. Amazon offers great deals at their wear house sight, on tons of bargains.

This is a solid, attractive, and heavy duty home safe with surprising interior space.

We chose the model with the keypad and no extra key security. The keypad seemed easier for these tired eyes, and we did not need the extra security with the key. We liked the fact that we could add 2 personal passkeys in addition to the one provided with the safe (which cannot be changed). Adding the extra numbers was easy following the instructions in the manual. (make sure you read it carefully). There is sufficient room to place in the items and documents that we have. The safe came with a flat tray and a drawer which slide out and could be removed if desired. We chose this safe because of its fire resistance rating and weight (90 lbs). While I guess a hefty thief could still pick it up and take, we are hoping that it's not worth their effort. It comes with instructions to be able to bolt it to the floor. I only gave it 4 stars because I have no experience as it it's water resistance and fire protection claims (I hope that I never find out!)

We got this fir our son, it’s a little bigger than he needed but room to grow in!! We order this one for the shelf and draw, we did not receive the draw and was told by one customer service we couldn’t get one and they would credit us, I was disappointed BUT we talked to another customer service and they told us we could get it, in the end, Amazon credit us, glad I got my money back but I ordered this one for the extra!! That call took way to long with customer service, even worse, the language barrier for them/us was so hard (they didn’t understand what we needed, we told them the draw was missing and in another order something was broke, never have I had such a hard time with customer service) we were transferred 3 times!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ BUT As For The Safe, It’s Great, My Son Loves It, He Was So Surprised With How Big And Nice It Is!! Perfect

Pretty good so far. It requires 4 AAA batteries but I had them on hand so that was no big deal. Plenty of space for files and other valuables! Easy to jump in and use. One pointer though... it was kinda hard at first to figure out which number on the back of the SentrySafe manual was the combo to the safe. Make an educated guess (I believe mine was 5-6 numbers). I tested the safe and it worked with the combo just fine!

I received me safe and the box was filled with frayed styrofoam. I realized when I took the safe out of the packaging that this was because the safe had been horribly DROPPED and BROKE. See the photos. I received the safe straight out of the box dented so badly that the back of the safe on the opposite side cracked open. So, this safe isn't very safe. It says it's fireproof and waterproof...but it's not "dropped by a delivery person" proof. If a safe can essentially crack open in shipping, then it's not worth putting valuables into. On top of that, I can't even open the thing to check if there's damage on the inside, because THERE IS NO COMBINATION!!!! The back of the instructions is left blank where the combination would be. So now, I spent hundreds of dollars to wait on a cracked safe which has no combination, and it's way too heavy to make me want to package this up and take it to UPS or wherever to return it. I lost my money for this and still don't have a safe. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, You ALSO have to go to the store to buy BATTERIES in order to even open up the safe, because it doesn't come with them. So don't be me....stay FAR AND CLEAR away from this product, this model and especially this company. Enjoy the free money you jerks, because now I have to push a broken brand new safe down a flight of stairs then back to the dumpster and hope someone takes it with the trash....because this is the biggest piece of trash I have ever purchased. You guys literally made me take a few hundred bucks and light it on fire. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Simply great compact. Only thing I would change is the handle.

Same experience as other reviewers. Seems to be a good product, the handle doesn't feel like the most durable plastic but the operation is very smooth so I don't see that being an issue unless something heavy fell on it or someone was particularly rough when opening or closing.

Our safe arrived damaged. Upon opening the box, the top has two very visible dents in it, one of which is making me question whether the joint has been compromised. Not what I expected for the price paid.
