No, they will dry out and also will likely have picked up dirt in that time which may scratch your lens.

Would these work on a clear panel face mask

The product has been tested on several face masks and does seem to work.

Will these work for the inside of car windscreens and windows?

Not tried it they work good on glasses. Must be a cheaper way to stop car windows steaming up
