This is the most delicious olive oil I have ever tasted! It’s so fresh, I can envision it coming directly from the orchard to my home. The aroma and flavor is uniquely smooth and fruity, which is characteristic of its name. This type of olive oil would be perfect to use in foods that showcase its flavor profile: salads, dipping for bread, drizzling on roasted vegetables, taking a dose before bedtime, and a host of other dishes. I haven’t cooked with it yet, preferring the freshness of the oil in its original state. This will be my permanent brand from now on. What a joy!

The new 13 inch long neck bottle doesn't fit in the cupboard for regular daily use and cooking (adjusting shelves is out; that would require moving multiple other things around). It requires that it be put away from stovetop, oven and counter top into the pantry across the kitchen which minimizes its use instead of maximizing its daily use. Bring back in stock the shorter bottle, please. Otherwise, this is a PREMIUM cold pressed smooth full body tasting clearer Moroccan olive oil. No bitterness. We love the taste in all uses, especially dipping breads. Cooks flavor nicely into foods. The absolute best flavored olive oil for use on non-cooked foods and for daily holistic use.

Did the "authentic" test by putting a little in the refrigerator and it solidified so I guess this is the real deal when it comes to being authentic/pure olive. I just wonder though why the peppery taste (supposedly for pure olive oil) isn't as elaborate as the others I have tried. Well, perhaps they have a method to just reduce the taste without changing the healthy aspects.Delivered fast, very well packed.My missing 1 star goes to my wish that it came in a shorter bottle so it will be easier to store it without having to put it sideways.Overall, I think this is a good buy.
