Definitely take this at night, because not to be gross but you'll be up at like 8-9am with your body emptying everything inside of it. It does help alot. The taste isnt bad either and I dont even drink tea.

Used twice -
I tried it once and got sharp discomfort digestive issues - was not sure it was due t the tea. I tried once more - and my digestive system has never been the same since. Whatever herbs or ingredient used is too strong for my system. I suggest never to be that desperate to lose weight by a product that is not regulated by the US Food administration. Now may need gallbladder removed. Never take your health for granted and risk losing it in order to lose weight fast. Eat healthy drink water

8 a 12h apres avoir bu la tasse,vous avez une efficacite a 100%.Pour les personnes qui ont un probleme de constipation ,je recommande de boire la 1/2 tasse le matin,et l autre le soir.
