Works great, adhesive is strong.

Sticks really well and good colour choices. This stayed on a foot really well for a couple of days surviving walking to school and PE lessons - really impressed.

Doesn't stick quite as well as other brands, but good for price

Very good for my tennis elbow. Having experimented, I only need a strip of 12cm each time to apply over my elbow and up my tricep to reduce the inflammation I get. So lasts well!

Really good sports strapping, easy to use and put on and holds well. Nice bright colours to make it a bit of fun too and different from the usual flesh coloured strapping.

I felt the relief instantly. I watched YouTube to make sure i did things right and now tape my right hip, knee and ankle. It helps me massively and I can leave the tape on for days, even showing and staying strong and stuck after workouts

Lasts 3-5 days even showering 1-2 times a day. Used it during a Marathon and held tight

I've used the pricey name brand "KT" tape in the past in both the 'Pro' & original forms. Both had ends of correctly-applied knee taping coming loose on day one, even before work ended. Also, CANNOT shower wearing either-- all pieces of tape on leg are then SOAKED, and will not dry even when a hair dryer was blown on a section for some time... plus, showering without washing near the taped area caused the adhesive to begin to fail on day one... So, spent some time reading the fine print & reviews of a more budget-friendly tape that claims to not only have stronger adhesion, but that may even have the cotton of said tape be waterproof... or at least somewhat water-resistant. This brand made only a tiny mention of "waterproof" in the top main product description, but did claim in more detail that their adhesive was stronger than most others-- with a taping possibly lasting up to SEVEN DAYS. A couple reviews stated that this brand of tape was actually difficult to remove (the reviewers stated this was a negative point... uh... NO. Staying firmly adhered to the skin is nothing but POSITIVE! Safe to say those customers are new to kinesiology taping... or were using an inferior product. If you have sensitive skin, rubbing BABY OIL/COOKING OIL/MINERAL OIL/WD-40/GOO-GONE on top of the tape & around its edges to assist in breaking down the adhesive is your solution...). Following their enclosed guide on how to tape a knee, I applied the two tape pieces to my clean skin. I then repeated that same configuration, only "upside down" in order to have another small horizontal piece above my kneecap, as I'm used to the application configuration that the name brand uses. Since this is not a roll with pre-cut strips, I made sure to round all corners of all ends of each tape strip. 12 hours after work later, EVERY INCH of EVERY SECTION of tape I applied, whether it be on my bare skin or crossing over atop more tape, is STILL completely in place-- this is also true of EVERY END of every piece. ZERO LOOSENING... ANYWHERE. Being that it looks & feels like cotton with a tiny bit of some form of elastic added, I expected the tape to become saturated when I tested for water resistance by blotting with a soaking wet washcloth... it was NOT WET. When I blotted my leg with a towel, my skin still felt damp, but this tape (at least in the pink color) is, indeed, 100% WATERPROOF!! BUY IT!!!
