These are ready for battle. ANY BATTLE. I purchased two using them to lift 2 Kino Flo Parabeam 400s high above the set. Amazing. I used sand bag but the legs on these babies were like "What's that? I don't need no sand bags." I used sand bags. A convoluted way of saying these stands are simply amazing.

A tank
This thing is build like a tank, you will never need a sand bag, I use it to hold my beauty dish and a reflecter. Great buy no complaint

This thing is a tank!
When I bought this stand I wasn't ready for the quality. I was pleasantly surprised that this thing is a tank! I love the build quality and attention to detail. It has all the features one using grip equipment would want, this is an industry standard combo stand, nothing chintzy here. It has the Rocky Mountain leg, hidden baby pin, accepts Junior pins, the middle riser drops to the ground is needed. This thing was surprisingly heavy, but I like that it's heavy! this means that the stand with hold heavy things and not fall over easily. I am more than happy with this piece of equipment and proud to use it on every set.
