KitchenAid KHM512OB 5-Speed Ultra Power Hand Mixer, Onyx Black

I must say I am disappointed in this product. I thought it would have much more power than it does. I made a cake with it using a cake mix, very light batter. I would say this is about all this mixer could handle before powering out. I does run very quietly and does not cause the flour to fly everywere. I do like this feature, since every other mixer I have had made a huge mess. This one is very clean and efficient. I would recommend this hand mixer because it is lightweight and quiet, gets the job done for light mixing and would be great as a starter mixer for someone who does not bake alot or makes very light items, such as box cake mixes and items of this consistancy. This however did not meet the high standard that I would have thought kitchen aid would provide. In the end, I paid for the Kitchenaid name but probably could have found a better mixer for cheaper.

I love this hand mixer! It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and has great power for mixing batters, doughs, and frosting. The 5 speeds give good control, and it runs smoothly without being too loud. Cleanup is quick, and the beaters are easy to remove. Definitely worth the price and a great addition to any kitchen.
