This pasta tastes really good. Besides boiling the pasta in a 4 qts of water in a pot per the directions, you can also just put the pasta in a skillet. I covered the pasta with hot tap water, and then as soon as the water boiled I added a tablespoon of salt, and then turned the stove down to medium heat. The entire time involved from first turning on the stove was just under 10 minutes. The pasta came out perfect. Very flavorful pasta.

My wife and I really liked this pasta. Been trying different Italian pastas and this one is up there with the best.

...but it came bundled in plastic wrap, as if the paper package was torn. Total gross weight is 1 lb 0.6 oz. so I got substantially the net weight promised.The pasta may be great - haven't used it yet - but based on how it looks I don't hold high hopes. Won't return for small $$ but will avoid this product & seller in the future. (Maybe drop Amazon too since they dropped Smile).

This pasta was perfect even after recooked. Most pastas expand and taste like day old pasta after a day. This pasta was recooked and was still delicious.
