Doesn’t make you feel bloated. I love that these aren’t too sweet. Like the texture. I have used them with a. Shaker bottle and I love them. I wanted to try them before I went as far as buying a blender. I would happily drink these diet or no diet. Although the turmeric was a rather unusual breakfast experience and yet not unpleasant. I will definitely be buying more. Firm favourites have been Coconut, Almond, Strawberry and Blackcurrant.

The taste is divine and I’ve had the banana sprinkled on fruit and yoghurt. I’ve used only 1\3rd of a packet in 3 days. Can’t wait to try the other flavours. I bought the mixed pack.

I bought these to replace breakfast and lunch on the Fast 800 keto diet. They are pretty healthy & recommended by the book's author. The flavour is very subtle, it's not in your face like most flavoured protein shakes. I quite liked the normal ones but wasn't a fan of the vegan flavours and wouldn't order them again. In particular, hemp was revolting. I blend them with 200mL of Plenish almond milk and that created a milkshake with a few little bits in it, so very drinkable. I don't think they would be good in a shaker so I have bought another brand of meal replacement for when I'm away from home.

Did the job perfectly.

I didn't like the taste at all, tried different flavours, either like a milk share or with yoghurt but neither tasted good to me. Not sure which ingredient makes it tasting so weird, artificially...
