Triangle Ruler, Protractor, Math Set - 3 Pack, Square Ruler, Protractor for Geometry

This is the 2nd triangle set that I ordered for my son who is studying Mechanical engineering. The first set was too large for his project. I kept it for future use. This set was really nice. I really love the quality and value you get with Mr Pen. I will always buy from this company over any other. They always send a thank you card and the cutest little black mustache with your order. My son will love that touch. This little gesture will bring a bit of happiness for him during his stressful studies. It matters. Thank you to Mr Pen Company for you outstanding service and product. I bought this because I want to draw right angles on grid paper. Being an American, I thought 17x11 meant inches, non cm. If I had read the specs better, I would have seen they are not that big. My fault; I wanted something that cover an 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper. Because they were less than $5 I didn't do much research. I also wanted to be able to bump a ruler next to it to draw a line, but they are so thin that a good ruler with cork backing is too tall to do that. Again my fault, but if that is what you need, spend a few $$ more.

Very good quality at a low price. Nice/clear plastic, no distortion, well defined letters/numbers, and strong enough to take a little abuse. I.E. these items are NOT FRAGILE. I have a lot of time on my hands for the next several weeks, and I have a few 'Hen Scratchings' of metal structures that I can replicate, with this set, using straight lines, defined angles, and engineering graph paper (5 squares/inch). Yet another project/task to keep me busy. Good buy, especially for a new 'Drafting Student' or to just have in your desk drawer.

As a Junior High through college lover of Architecture, I used a T-Square, Protractors, and scaled rulers to draw homes. I designed room additions for two families after college while teaching Middle School. Missing the thrill with technology, I decided to go Ole school back to my roots at 68. So I ordered these and love the quality and attention to detail. I am using them to transfer my digital work to paper elevations.

These have been great for crafting and making 90 degree angles. I use it for building rc planes and making sure stabilizers and other parts are perfectly straight. They are pretty durable but I did sadly step on one and cause it to crack, but it still functions as meant to.

Very thin lightweight material expected a little heavier material

just like I remember form school. although not green. Seem robust enough to last years. Not too expensive so ignore cheaper.

Seems a bit pricey for just plastic items but oh well, it's all i needed anyway.

Absolute tat. Poor quality. A waste of money. Moral - you only get what you paid for.
