Terry Towel Bathrobe 100% Cotton Hooded Robe, Ivory Beige, Kids Unisex, Size: L

I purchased this item for my daughter who was seven at the time. When I received the item it was very very shaggy and not smooth like a nice terry would be so I washed it thinking I could wash off some of the extra fibers. IT FELL APART! I called the company and they were rude and not helpful. They told me that because I washed it they would not accept it as a return. Very disappointing!

This robe did everything I expected a robe to do. I am not sure what else to say about a robe. It did not catch fire or blowup in any way.

I ordered this robe in blue for my sons's birthday in November of 2011. He loves it! It's cotton,thick,soft and washes very well.I am surprised and feel bad for the other reviewer,that they had such a bad luck with the same product . Fortunately we had completely opposite experience. My son still wears it,it's been almost two years...
