Perfect sun room cage
The company has quality products as I have 4 other Yaheetech cages which I have used for years with no issues. This one I purchased for a sun room cage. It was easy to put together; the stand being the most complex. Note pay attention to the details there’s holes on one side of the frame that the grate fits into. Make sure those face the inside and only loosely attach the screws and washer because you want a lot of play to slip and connect the grate into the frame. My mistake was that I did loosely connect the frame together only to discover I had put the frame on with the holes facing outside and had to dissemble it…ugh! Otherwise it went pretty smoothly! As you can see, the cage size when divided has ample room for small to medium sized bird. The bar size is safe. The cage is very structurally sound and well engineered. All the parts fit snug and the finish is very good. But all Yaheetech cages have been that way in my experience. There’s similar brands out there on Amazon; I can highly recommend Yaheetech…you might pay less for another brand but you might not be as happy with the product quality and performance with flimsy bars and sharp edges; poor quality fit and finish! I’m not willing to take the chance as Yaheetech has a proven track record. I suppose you could pay more for another brand…Yaheetech produces quality cages at a very reasonable price over what can be found in a big box pet store or even small specialty bird stores. I have found either the build is flimsy or the cost is astronomical for the same sized cage Yaheetech offers. This particular cage would not be a good fit for an Amazon or Cockatoo however. The bar strength on this cage is best for a Cockatiel, Quaker, Poicephelus, Pionus, Conure, etc.

Modern Cage Perfected!
Just assembled this cage and it was impressive! The quality is excellent. Instructions were clear and the design simplifies the components. Only two types of bolts, One size has a nut in a separate bag and the other is based on threaded inserts already on the cage in it's own bag. Comes with small wrench and that is all you need.Don't let the title "breeder Cage" turn you away. I have had finches in the past and this cage is perfect for finch and canary birds. Things to consider about this cage. Finches like to fly across the cage and this cage is 40 inches wide by 20 inches tall. Has two smaller square bottom trays, these trays are not wide and will be easier to clean. With the center divider, you can treat your birds on left side and slide in the divider and clean one side and once clean, pull the divider and treat the birds on the right side and then clean the left side. The trays are made from a thick milk carton style plastic, slightly flexible and sturdy, not brittle. Finally, The front of the cage is somewhat busy, all service is on the front. Easy solution: Since the cage is on wheels, just face the back of the cage outward so you can enjoy your birds, you don't open the large doors that often with finches and by making the so-called "back" of the cage the display side. Time to service just roll the cage 90 degrees like a door and then service the cage.My only wish is that Yaheetech would make a 20 inch tall flight addition. These "breeder" cages are stack able but it would be nice to have an "annex" expansion, where you remove the 6 bolts on the top and add 4 sides and move the current top up. This would allow for a full 40 inch by 40 flight space.Very happy with this cage!

Solid!
Went together easily by one person, very solid construction, better quality than I expected! Great design features: bottom grates that slide out for cleaning, center divider that slides out easily, and the paint/finish is great! Easy to put perches and toys in due to the doors on the sides. We didn’t put stand together as we don’t need it, but it seemed to be the same quality! Very happy! Length without divider great for my canary to fly back and forth! Happy with this cage!

These are very nice cages
I bought 2. These would be great for any type of birds. I bought them for quail, which are ground dwellers, and though I think it's NOT JUST right for them. At this time I only have 1 male in each cage with the dividers, because they are fighting, and they are about 7 weeks old, at the time I'm writing this. I still like the cages, and they are easy to put together, though you really need 2 people to start, putting it together, directions are straight forward. The trays are nice, for easier cleaning. Super sturdy and they are nice to look at.

Nice cage with a couple of flaws
I like this cage for it size and over all ease of assembly and generally solid construction. I’d say the color is a dark gray rather than black, but I actually like that better than a full black. There are two design issues that are a bit bothersome. One is that the sliding doors for the feeding dishes are a bit flimsy and stick a little when trying to move them to get the dishes out. The wires that they are made of are a bit thin, so I’m hesitant to try any bending to make them slide more easily. The second, more concerning one, is that the center divider at the bottom of the cage is not removable for cleaning and has sharp edges and a thin track so it is difficult to clean. It also sticks up about an inch from the floor of the cage (I would definitely not want this uncovered when the divider is out of the cage). I deal with this by just putting a piece of washable non-stick shelf liner over it to keep it clean. A similar type of King cage that is no longer available on Amazon has a flat removable insert which fits flat to the bottom of the cage and makes cleaning easier. I wish they had done that with this design. The nest box openings are midway up the sides of the cage. My birds prefer that the nest box is at the top of the cage.
