Ergodyne N-Ferno Men's Winter Thermal Work Jacket

I'm wearing the coat and pants at this very moment in a Blue Ridge Mountain storm on a lake where I operate a barge and property management company. The barge work is heavy duty, in constant contact with steel cables, grease and heavy equipment, wind blowing sideways and cold snow occasionally. This gear stands up to the abuse and keeps me warm and dry. The built in knee pads are a big bonus and the hood is awesome, almost too big when you're not using it,, but very sheltering when I need it which is often here, probably works over a helmet also. I go through gear quickly with this work so I always bought the cheap stuff, but I'm glad i spent a little more this time. I am 6'3" 200lbs and the large in both fits perfect if it helps you.

I live in an area with very few street lights, but I light up like a beacon at night when I walk the dog when I wear this jacket. I feel safe knowing I can be seen by cars. Plus, it's REALLY warm and repels rain or snow. Having the removable hood and all the pockets are a nice plus, too. The price was dramatically cheaper on Amazon, than at the manufacturer's website!

Well made and very warm in rain, wind and snow. Ordered an XL, was to big went down to Large. The jacket runs a bit bigger. Totally recommend!

I'm 6'4" and bought 3XL, fit is perfect except for the spandex thumb loops. My arms are average for my height and if you loop your thumb and reach you'll be restricted and get hard and tight pressure on your thumb joint, arresting the thumb and causing discomfort. It's such a great piece of gear otherwise, it's just a shame that for "active wear" (and you will need to stay active if you're in actual cold weather -10 or lower) that this restriction is an unexpected bummer. Not returning it, the jacket is that good but let's hope the next generation of this great product increases reach on those spandex loops. Everything else is 5 stars but gotta deduct one for that.

Very warm and windproof, water resistant. Where it on my farm and even used it in Alaska. No issues

I do snow removal work using a tractor without a cab and needed a new jacket and pants that would keep me warm, allow me to move and not get wet from snow melting through. These are working out great, are extremely well-made and were a great price. I also got the matching suspender pants. My wife liked them so much, I got her her own set and she is also loving them, using them to do her walks outside.
