Very supportive, so that's good. Problem is it bunches behind the knee and can restrict some of the movement, this along with being uncomfortable makes it less than ideal. If you're wearing for short durations with minimal range of movement it should be okay.

I love this product. Had ordered a smaller size before but the medium is perfect. I can comfortably slip it higher or lower down my knee for the right hold and I run without feeling it there, save for the fact that impact I would otherwise get on my knee gets absorbed by the support and not my knee so I know it is actually there. Really long-lasting, too. Excellent product.
