What kind of game is this? like rpg, etc. whats the gameplay like?

Combat mostly with gore and a crybaby Lara Croft. It has quick time events too. Environment textures are filthy, not ancient, and tombs are mostly one room, and you will spend time killing deers and bad guys with pinpoint accuracy using arrow and bow. I feel the movie with Alicia Vikander depicted her better. In the movie, Alicia is not a crybaby. If you want more classic badass tomb raiding with platforming, try Tomb Raider Trilogy. Trilogy depicts Lara as a combination of James Bond and Indiana Jones. Very cool in my opinion, despite the more cartoonish feeling of Lara's proportions.

Is this the same Tomb Raider game as the orginal but with different packaging cover? Meaning is Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider Game of the Year the same?

what you are thinking is iether it is the game just repackaged and unaltered (no examples come to mind though i have found such) or the same with dlc voucher( gears of war 2 goty, lords of shadow goty.). this is niether. it is the game with all dlc installed into the game (batman arkham city goty).

Codes for the dlc or is it on the disc?

It's a vaucher for dlc if you buy it pre owned you probably won't be able to use the vaucher because the code could have been used . Worth getting brand new.
