Initially would have given 5 stars for a great product at a great price. BUT, after using for several weeks, the metal probe pulled out of the handle as I was removing it from a piece of meat. Contacted the seller through Amazon as it was past the return date, and they are sending out a new one. Will see how long it lasts. I really like this thermometer, especially when grilling. It eliminates the guesswork as to how done something is. This product is supposed to have a lifetime warranty, so that's a plus, too.

Love this little thermometer. I've taken temperature of just about everything I can...food, the aquarium, the room et cetera. It's too sharp of an end to take a human...stabbing wise. I've had mine for over a year and the battery is still fine. You can't beat this for the price.
