Horrendous customer service if you encounter issue
The product stopped working within 3 months of purchase. I am OK with any new product having issue but the problem is with the customer service and warranty claim. There is no prompt or proper response from the warranty claim team. You cannot directly reach them. You will be provided with WhatsApp number where you have to message them the details of issue. Responses are not prompt and you have to do numerous follow-ups. I haven't got a solution to the issue I had with my induction stove yet. An awful experience and I regret choosing this product. (p.s. this may not be the case for everyone. This is solely my post issue experience with the product team)I have raised warranty denial with the Amazon customer team and battling this out. Amazon team has taken 2 months now to arrive a conclusion and so far I have spoken to 12 Amazon customer service professionals, reached the product team via whatsapp messages, email, website, etc numerous times and I have submitted all these proof to the Amazon team explaining the denial of service. Each amazon service professional will take time to understand this and raise a ticket. So basically anyone who is undergoing horrible warranty claim or replacement experience - please ensure to convey to Amazon that product team is denying service of the product and that you have all the proofs of reaching out to them.

Worst and damaged product. Order accepted for Replacement, low quality cable and material.

Customer service very poor
The media could not be loaded. I have purchased an item (DIVA 201Y) on October 2020 which is not working at the moment and I am unable to contact customer service since they're switched off their number. According to Amazon support they're helpless on this so please advise how can I contact customer support to solve the raised issue. Thanks

Average product with a reasonable price..no service team or worst service team...
Average quality product, easy to use and very less in weight. Review is given after Using from last 3 months, working fine, no any issues till now. Only problem is to getting service team help or support for any issues like extended warranty or product fault issues, it takes too much time to respond sometime it takes more than month, otherwise no problems with the product. Worst service team

The media could not be loaded. Product is nice value of money and easy to useI am changing my rating because of worst service i ever received from any since last 3 months i didn't get resolved my service and in a 3 months usage it stop working

Great induction cooktop with Fantastic looks
I am writing this review after almost 1 month of using the i bell induction cooktop. It is doing great with out any complaint so far, single piece glass cook top surface with touch buttons are easy to clean and operate. There is almost no noise from the ibell induction cook top cooling fan. I bell offers additional one year warranty for this induction cook top. I hope i will get the customer support from i bell in case of any fault in the future.

Supper excellent
The product is of excellent quality all touch works properly .To choose indian cooking type you have to use function key . Build quality is superb . Cooking rice for 4 people takes about 14 minutes. Fully satisfied must go for this product.
