great adhesion properties on John Deere 47 snowblower, stretches/bends slightly PLUS adheres well applying against radiuses
applied to multiple areas of john deere 47 two stage tractor snowblower:BLOWER SIDES (L,R): quick hitch lift mechanism is a tight fit against the blower box sides and is wearing the paint. (I swap out during winter between blower and 54" blade). Also applied to posts off each side of blower box for quick hitch v-notch to catch and lift blower-ran a 1"+ strip around entire posts + overlap at top of postCHUTE MECHANISM - chute rotates left right via hydraulics. chute is metal and rides on three 1" metal ridges/nubs, which are wearing the ridges and chute base plate down over time (worn bare metal now). applied 2" strips over ridges/nubs + mutilple strips to bottom of chute. It'd be difficult to run a contiguous strip aorund base of chute unless you went with 1/4" or 1/2" PE tape (it'd likely be overkill to do so)THREE CHUTE MOUNT PLATES - these hover over base plate of chute and allows chute to rotate freely. applied 2.5" strip to underside plus of each plate (as mentioend it stretches/bends with you so I was able to apply to radius of plate without cuts in middle of radius). I then brought PE tape up and around top of plate edges (L,R) as final resting pointsCHUTE "FUNNEL" - blower box has a 4-6" rise funnel that chute rotates on. I saw signs of wear in the paint - contiguous strip of tape was applied at point of wear around circumference of funnelCHUTE ANGLE TENSIONER BOLT - allows chute angle radius for up down movement. Bolt comes standard with metal washer against the paint on left side of chute (really JD ?). Removed washer and applied PE tape strip then cut out bolt hole. now PE on paint to prevent further wearworks nicely so far so 4 star ratingTape rated for -30 degrees temp, but will wait for wear and tear + harshest winter temps to arrive to test adhesion properties before a 5 star rating can be given

Excellent quality UHMW PE low friction tape for use as a bearing surface on weight-loaded exercise equipment
Needed UMMWPE tape as a replacement low friction bearing surface for a piece of twenty-year-old exercise equipment. This was a direct replacement material and has been used daily for more than a month now with excellent adhesion to steel, extremely slick (no noticeable sticking or binding) and adhesive backing resistant to silicone spray lubricant. A very good price for a difficult to find material in small consumer quantities. This roll will last me the rest of my life or the life of the exercise equipment. Very satisfied with the product and vendor.

I had cut the tape into some pretty small pieces (3mm wiide x 6mm long)
Was going to use this for adjusting the back focus/focus distance on one of my camera lenses, but the tape was too thick. I had cut the tape into some pretty small pieces (3mm wiide x 6mm long), and the tape didn't have any problems sticking to the lens/camera adapter.

super slick
If your looking at this polymer then you know how slick it is. Great stuff

Very slippery as it should be. Good adhesive too.

Great product. I used it on one of the ...
Great product. I used it on one of the rails on my garage door opener because one of the springs for the garage door was rubbing against it and creating a terrible metal on metal screech every time we used the garage door. After applying this tape to the rail...pure silence.

It works great, makes my tools glide smoothly
I use this product mostly on my lathe tool rests. It works great, makes my tools glide smoothly, and saves me from having to file and polish my rests every few days. I wish it was available in a thinner version like 13 -14 mil.

Just what I needed
I was making a jig for my tablesaw and I needed this tape to make the pieces slide easily. I purchased a thin strip but I will be buying wider rolls for future proyects.Recommended!

Geht schon
Jo, geht schon, Klebefläche könnte stärker sein. Aber die Gleitfunktion scheint zu funktionieren. ... .... ... .... ... .... ...
