Plugged it in and it works well in my small fountain. Not sure how long it will last, but for the price I am completely satisfied. I will say that it seems to be slightly less powerful than the original 90GPH pump the fountain came with, but this DOMICA pump was well under half the price of the original pump so I have no complaints.

Right out the box it works well. Typical noise level. The power cord is of a lower quality than the pump it replaced. Pay attention to the power cord length. It is shorter than most. Works for my set up but you may come up short. Only time will tell if it is durable. They do supply an extra impeller, nice plus.

I needed to replace my fountain pump but could not tell how big of a pump it was (in gallons per minute). I saw this pump and liked that it appeared to be strong enough for my needs, however, was also adjustable which would give me flexibility and if too strong could turn it down a little bit. Well packages and easy to use. Also came with an additional replacement impeller which was pretty cool! The pump works great and the water flow is easily adjustable. Can't beat the price and was very inexpensive! Now, it wasn't quite strong enough for my needs but not their fault because, as mentioned, I wasn't sure what size I needed. 90 GPH sounds like a lot so bought this. However, when the time comes to replace I will get something with a larger GPH and move this to something else (maybe my bird bath?). For those who are not sure what 90 GPH is I would suggest watching the attached video. That is "full throttle" for this pump. As you can see it does the job but also you can tell is not quite strong enough for my fountain and would like a little more flow. But, again, is my fault and not critical of the pump. However, I think the video will give you a great perspective of what 90 GPH is and you can decide if that is enough for your application. That being said, the price was right and looks to be of decent quality as well as they supply the extra impeller which is nice. Can't go wrong for the price but notice 90 GPH is not a whole lot of water flow. For an aquarium or very small fountain will be great. But if you want to push a larger flow should consider a larger GPH pump.

This puts out an OK amount of water in my small outdoor fountain. I couldn't get it to work because the flow volume knob went the opposite way of what I expected. Once I figured that out, the birds are happily drinking & my wife is happy again with the sound so I can go have a beer. I like that it comes with 2 different size adapters & a spare impeller. That's a really good deal for the money.

August 5 2026. - Purchased this pump June 22, 2026, to make a water fountain for my cat. Set the pump in a deep bowl of water, put a ceramic pot with a hole for the water to come though over the pump. Set the flow dial on medium, half way between Min and max. Worked great for a while and the cat loved it. Flow was perfect. Just high enough for the cat to drink, but not so forceful to discourage the cat from drinking. Now on August 5, the flow has weakened so much it has to be set on Max. It barely comes up through the hole in the pot. Not sure how much longer it will keep running. Even though it is inexpensive, I expected better performance. Will look for a better option.

This is a good value. Priced right and the thing just keeps going and going. If it lasts one season, I will feel that I got my money's worth but, the way it is going, suspect I might have it for a while. When it does succumb, I will not hesitate to buy another of the same one.

Works fine, but only lasts one season. I keep buying the same one because, even the more expensive ones only seem to last 6 months. I use it in a small, outdoor fountain during the summer. Dried and stored for the winter. I have taken them apart before and got a few more weeks out of it by fiddling with the propeller. The bearing seems to be the problem. It's just tiny and cheap. Hard to do anything with it once it wears out. The motor seems to continue running fine.

Bought this for my Woodstock bell fountain. Much quieter than the one it came with. A very good price as well. Will be reordering!

Bought it to replace the original pump for an indoor table fountain, nice and quiet I can barely hear it running, it was a bit big for the fountain however it does fit in the fountain and it came with the attachment to make it work for my fountain, the replacement pump is even better than the original pump that came with my fountain
