Capacity test
As expected, capacity was less than advertised. Load tested a fully charged (100%) one day old unit. It reached 25% capacity with 9.312 Ahr delivered. I didn't want to take it down to 0% or anywhere close to a full discharge. The discharge current remained extremely linear at the 3 points I measured (75%, 50% and 25%). The battery barely heated up during this 3 hr 15min test. It took approximately 1hr 5min to discharge by 25% at a constant current of 2.9A. The battery voltage was stable at 5.15V at this discharge rate. The predicted total Ahr capacity is therefore 12.44 Ahr or 63.8 Whr assuming a linear extrapolation (which obviously is not true) since the voltage will start to fall off near full discharge.I believe capacity would be a bit higher if discharged at a lower rate so overall I am quite satisfied. Also, the wireless charging worked without issues which was a plus. Definitely more of a convenience feature since the charging rate is less than a wired charge through the USB-C.

Definitely the best of its kind, has all the features I was looking for!
Absolutely lives up to my expectations! Charges very fast, both when charging other items or when its the one getting recharged via wall outlet, just make sure to use a power brick that’s usb power delivery Or at least Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 certified to get it charged as fast as possible. The wireless charging feature on it is both handy and kinda gimmicky at the same time, but it works as advertised so I’m happy! Would definitely purchase again and/or recommend to anybody without giving it a second thought! Aukey hit it out of the ballpark with this one, absolute home run material!

Great wireless bank but that kickstand...
I found it to be very good as a portable charger, with a slim body for the capacity and very reasonable wireless charging speeds. The anti-slip pad is indeed as small as it looks in the product picture, and your milage will vary with it.For my usage, it's a very great power bank. However, that Nintendo Switch style kickstand on the back just doesn't make the cut. Sure, it's sturdy, but opening it feels like I might break it...It's a very resistive hinge that opens much farther than you expect, so it feels like you'll snap it off before it clicks into place... It doesn't break ever, but it doesn't feel great at all. Had friends try it, they all winced as they opened it. Not at all a deal breaker, but is something of note.

Aukey 20k usb c bank w Fast wireless charging!
Smaller, lighter, & more juice w great features! In the last picture, I have an aukey 10k bank. Middle (New 20k usb c bank) & last 30k aukey bank. More portable and the kickstand and lip thats holds the phone while wireless charging is perfect for when im binge watching on Netflix. So far so good, used it up twice. I've also purchased the USB c- USB c wires to fast charge the bank w the new aukey wall charger. Ill give it a month then edit my reviews if anything goes bad. Also the wireless charging is fast wireless charging (Samsung S10+)!!! Thats a win! For now this is the best one yet.Does charge galaxy s7!

Powerful Power Bank
This is a good buy. We bought this because our old one has retired and was a bit bulky. This one lightweight. I love how they packaged it neatly and securely. It came in a box with bubble plastic bubbles to ensure it doesn't get bumped upon handling. Once opened, it was neatly packaged. Never had any issues using it for the past weeks and charges fast with different devices with different charging ports simultaneously. We haven't tried the wireless charging as we do not have wifi capable devices yet. The LCD display is a good thing as you can easily see how much is left and that power button is a big help to refrain from draining the remaining power. This is a win!

Portable, charging wirelessly, have PD.
So far so good. Almost the same size as my Pixel 4XL (just a little bit thicker then phone). Came with 80% battery. Works great with Pixel 3 and 4XLEdited 09/09/2020.Still happy with this power bank. Wireless charging is working with phone and earbuds case fine. PD works great with Pixel 3 and 4XL.

Packs the punch and good for light travel
I have been using this for about 3 months now and the battery pack still works as arrived on day one at 55%. You have to purchase an extra USB-C cable for power delivery charging because the one provided in the retail package is insufficient. The percentage meter is very helpful as it displayed the actual remaining capacity than the guess game with blinking lights. Wireless charging and foldable kickstand is a plus as my iPhone 11 Pro tends to consume a lot of battery while watching 4K videos on streaming services, the wireless charging is obviously slow (approx 7.5W) though in comparison to wired charging (15W). Be careful with the kickstand though, as the hinge was kind of tight during initial use but over time, it has loosened up a little bit and not a concern anymore.Concisely, this a great portable battery pack and good for daily light usage, just do not expect to charge your iPad Pro several times due to the limited capacity but it should be able to give you 1 full cycle of charge if its used on the 100% capacity.

Huge capacity at a convenient price.
This thing is a beast. I only have 2 problems with it.The wireless charging is fast. The type C charging actually charges faster than the charger included with my phone.First problem: The type A charging port doesn't seem to support quick charge at all. I have tried with a number of phones and none of them display that they are quick charging.Second problem: if left alone for a few days, it seems to crash. I can't think of a better way to describe it. The button to activate wireless charging does nothing, connecting a device to charge from the bank does nothing, but connecting the bank to be charged seems to fix this. I have had it happen several times at charge levels ranging from 95% to 20%.Given my phone can charge with usb power sharing, when this happens I just toggle my phone to charge the bank, then as soon as the bank turns on, I toggle it back.

Gets the job done.
Regular batter banks give you a cable to charge, and that's it. This on the other hand, gives you the ability to charge wirelessly, by cable, and a kick stand! I love all the bells and whistles this thing provides. It doesn't quick charge unfortunately (not wirelessly at least) so you'll need your regular usb-c cable and plug into your phone for fast charging. But to just have this sit on my desk to top it off the battery slowly without needing to constantly plug it in and out, is a huge time and convenience saver. I could have gone with a regular wireless charging stand, but I like this because having the minimalist kickstand allows me to grab and go if I ever need to make a run, taking both the charger and my phone with me out the door. The only gripe I have with this, is the kickstand admittedly does feel a bit flimsy. And to open it all the way, you need to hear an uncomfortably loud "snap" as it clicks in place. The first time I did it, I thought the hinge broke. But apparently that's normal. I still can't get used to that snap every time I need to collapse the kickstand. If it weren't for that reason, I'd probably give this a perfect 5 stars.

Works Fantastic!
Works exactly as I expected. The 20000mAH version charges my iPhone 12 Pro Max three times before I need to recharge the power bank. Note: there is also a 10000mAH version, but if you have a larger phone, I recommend this 20000mAH model. The iPhone 12 Pro Max sits perfectly on the stand. The only minor flaw is that the surface of the power bank is smooth so it is slightly slippery. You will need to be a bit careful to keep it in a place where it the phone won’t get bumped, otherwise it’s possible that the phone might slide off. I am completely happy with this purchase!!

Faulty Unit Received
After purchase the battery came charged to 75% which is great for shipping/storage. I charged it up fully before use and then went to decharge it fully when it started having issues. At 20% remaining it refused to charge any of my devices for more than 15 seconds. I figured I would recharge it and try again. Nope, got it down to 75% before the same thing happened. I had my s10 wirelessly charging and my UE speaker charging through USB.Tried to return the item for another one but Amazon refuses to ship me a new item and will only refund me $51.99 which is less than what It would take to purchase a new one.Generally impressed with aukey products as I have a bunch of their stuff but this experience so far hasn't been too great. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as I trust aukey will resolve this issue. Will update.UPDATEI ordered another unit and they both have an issue where sometimes it will start charging automatically when you plug a device in and other times it won't charge. Very annoying when you plug your device in and expect it to be charged an hour later only to find out the phone never even started charging. I don't have the issue anymore that it will stop charging my devices after a few minutes for no apparent reason, but I haven't wirelessly charged my phone since the first week or so. So maybe the wirelessly charging as well as charging my speaker simultaneously caused it to over heat? But the battery bank never got anywhere near hot enough, from what I could feel, for it to overheat. The only thing I actually just thought of while typing this is maybe the battery bank stops charging both devices if the one is full. Kind of a stupid design but that would make sense as to why every few minutes it would stop charging. The speaker reached full battery and even though my phone was connected via wireless the system that shuts the power off must be shutting the battery bank down completely instead of the individual connection.Aukey still hasn't reached out to me FYI.Very disappointed that as the company gets bigger they care less about the customers. I remember getting messages from them after every purchase I made through Amazon telling you about the warranty and how customer satisfaction was #1.

Phone gets a bit warm...
I was pretty excited to test out the power bank after having it sit in my drawer till my iPhone 12 Pro Max came out. Everything was great with the wired connection but when charging wirelessly, my phone started getting pretty warm. Wired works great but not so much with the wireless. With my previous wireless charger, I never had a problem with my iPhone 8 Plus getting warm in any sense. My verdict is 3 out of 5.

Battery capacity is not as advertised
I am in contact with Aukey because I'm not happy with the capacity of the battery pack. They advertise 20000 mAh but in my testing it's closer to 16000.I carefully kept track of the charges with a full pack and I was able to get only 4 charges for my Samsung S20. This is disappointing because it puts the true capacity at around 75% of stated capacity. For a cheap product this would be tolerable but for a $50+ this is unacceptable. I am going to return it for refund.
