Authentic, nice flavor balance. A bit on the salty side, but you should expect that with this sauce. Only concern was the price was bit on the high side.

Mandatory Sauce! You will love
A potsticker’s best friend. Tastes great, pleasant scent and the thickness of the sauce is perfect. Good dripping sauce for anything from potstickers to egg rolls. My pantry screams when I'm out of this sauce lol. Try with Jamaican grilled whole fish…good.

If you're looking for a specific flavor, this isn't it.
There is a bit of slack when it comes to Chinese or Chinese/American tastes since everyone has their own way of making things (every General Tso's tastes different for example). However I don't feel that this really captures the Gyoza dip flavor. It's a very bare-bones mixure of soy sauce and vinegar. That's it. No seasoning, ginger, garlic or anything else. Nothing to make it stand out. For all intents and purposes, it is bland. At least bland in the sense that there is no character to it. It's not even bad, it just isn't interesting and IMO does not taste like what I expect from a gyoza dip.

Delicious combination sure, to please, even the most discriminating pallet
This sauce is hard to beat! It is delicious and it makes even a bowl of plan rice taste exotic However, the Amazon price is more than twice what I found in an Asian market near me. I would return if I could, but past the deadline. I’ll have to enjoy every drop.
